I visited during a busy period. There were six other customers besides me. They got my order right but the girl that gave it to me wasn't friendly maybe because she was stressed. The ice cream was okay but a little pricey. Four something for a small. I would rather go to the paleteria closer to my house and get handmade pecan ice cream for half the price. Still this place has a good selection of ice cream and items to add in. They were fast enough that I made it back to work during my lunch break and the staff was not rude even though they weren't exactly friendly or helpful in making suggestions which for a first time buyer seemed a little confusing because of the amount of items available

The credit card machine is down, and has been down for some time now This is annoying and very inconvenient. It's not like there's not an ATM close, but it's a lot more convenient to pay there. Ice cream is always amazing. The staff is nice. Place is clean and it's close. I'll be back but I hope the cc machine is fixed.

Double Duo
My friend and I were looking for a place for dessert after dinner, and chose marble slab because it is delicious. We walked in and waited in line for 15 minutes, only to realize we were on the wrong side of the line. We weren’t warned or greeted by the 2 person staff. Once we found our way to the other side of the line, our orders were taken, only to be ignored when asking to add an ingredient to our ice cream. They even looked at us! They said nothing and 3 minutes later said, “oh! Yeah I’ll add that” then they placed the ice cream on the counter and went to the back only to snicker and laugh. We left emberassed, but the ice cream was delicious!

Small, looks run down, but my ice cream was creamy, delicious, no complaints about it. They have a Marble Slab Club card where after 5 visits (recorded by 5 stamps on your card), you get a free ice cream or yogurt cone
